What is JohnBit and how the platform works
JohnBit is a gambling platform with 10,000+ games and a sportsbook line covering 25+ sports in a single account. The official domain is Johnbit.io. After registration, the player immediately gets access to slots, live casino, betting, and streams — no separate profiles for each section.
License and legal status
JohnBit operates under offshore Curaçao eGaming license №8048/JAZ, issued to Infiniza N.V. The brand does not hold a local Ukrainian PlayCity license, so the operator is not a tax agent and state payout guarantees do not apply — disputes are resolved under Curaçao rules. License validity is verified in the regulator's registry at gaming-curacao.com by the license number.
Navigation and key site sections
The main menu of JohnBit contains 4 core sections — Casino, Live Casino, Sports, and Esports — with filters by provider, category, or discipline. Streams, bet history, and active bonuses sit in the personal account area.
Registration and login to the JohnBit account
Creating an account on JohnBit takes 1–2 minutes via three methods: email, mobile number, or social network (Google, Telegram). After profile activation, access opens to casino, betting, and deposit — withdrawals unlock only after KYC verification.
Step-by-step profile creation
The registration form asks for a login, password, and contact for confirmation. The password needs at least 8 characters with Latin letters and digits.
Authorization and password recovery
JohnBit login uses the same credentials set during registration. If the password is lost, the recovery form sends a code or link to the linked email or phone number.
JohnBit Casino — slots, live tables, and providers
The JohnBit casino catalog holds 10,000+ games from 40+ providers:
- Slots
- Roulette
- Card tables
- Show formats
Average slot RTP sits at 96–97%, and the figure shows in each game's window. Catalog categories include "New," "Popular," "Jackpots," "Megaways," and "Bonus rounds."
Video slots, RTP, and volatility
Demo mode is available for most slots without registration — with a virtual balance of 1,000–5,000 credits, so mechanics can be tested before playing for real money.
Live casino with real dealers
The JohnBit casino live section streams in HD 60 FPS from Evolution, Pragmatic Live, and Ezugi. Minimum bet on European Roulette is 10 ₴, VIP tables accept up to 100,000 ₴ per round, and Lightning Roulette offers multipliers up to x500. Dealers speak Ukrainian and English, and the built-in chat lets players ask questions during the deal.
Providers and game search
The JohnBit library covers mass-market Pragmatic and NetEnt plus high-volatility studios like Nolimit City. Search works by game name or provider filter.
| Category | Game count | Demo | Providers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slots (all genres) | 10,000+ | yes | Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Nolimit City |
| Megaways | up to 117,649 ways to win | yes | Pragmatic |
| Jackpots | progressive / fixed | no | various studios |
| Live casino | roulette, cards, show formats | no | Evolution, Pragmatic Live, Ezugi |
Sports betting at the JohnBit bookmaker
The JohnBit sportsbook covers 25+ sports in both prematch and live formats. Minimum bet slip stands at 25 ₴, with the ceiling on top matches reaching 50,000 ₴ depending on the tournament. The JohnBit betting section merges sports and esports into a single bet slip and account balance.
Prematch line and available disciplines
The prematch line opens 3–7 days before an event and covers:
- Football
- Basketball
- Tennis
- Hockey
- Boxing
- Volleyball
- Table tennis
- Snooker
Markets stay consistent across most disciplines and roll into one bet slip.
Live betting and odds movement
The JohnBit live section updates odds every 2–5 seconds, with totals and handicaps recalculated by current score and time. Bet acceptance pauses before penalties, throw-ins, or break points in tennis — this rules out arbitrage.
Esports and the bet slip
Esports covers 6 disciplines:
- Dota 2
- CS2
- League of Legends
- Valorant
- StarCraft II
- Mobile Legends
Prematch and live are both available — live odds update every 3–7 seconds, and broadcast delay runs 5–10 seconds. Markets include map winner, total rounds, first blood, and objective takedowns.
JohnBit bonuses and promo codes
The JohnBit bonus program includes a welcome package, cashback, reload promotions, and free spins. All promotions activate in the personal account without support requests — the promo code goes in during registration or in the "Bonuses" section.
Welcome offer and free spins
The welcome package delivers 500% on deposit plus 500 free spins. Free spins are credited in 50 FS portions daily over 5 days on Book of Dead and Gates of Olympus slots.
Freebets and sports promos
Cashback runs up to 10% of the weekly loss, credited every Monday with x5 wagering. On weekends, a 50% reload up to 5,000 ₴ works with a minimum deposit of 300 ₴ and x30 wagering.
Promo codes, wagering, and rollover terms
Wagering on the bonus amount is x40, on winnings from free spins — x35. Rollover term is 30 days from crediting. During active rollover, a maximum bet limit applies — the exact figure is listed in each promotion's terms.

JohnBit cashier — deposits, withdrawals, and verification
Minimum deposit sits at 100 ₴, minimum withdrawal at 300 ₴, and the daily withdrawal limit reaches 50,000 ₴ for standard accounts and up to 250,000 ₴ for VIP tier. KYC verification is required before the first payout — without it, the withdrawal button stays inactive.
Ukrainian payment methods
The operator's cashier supports Visa and MasterCard cards, Skrill and Neteller e-wallets, the Piastrix payment aggregator, Google Pay, plus cryptocurrencies BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, TRX, and TON. Cards and Google Pay credit instantly with 3D-Secure confirmation, e-wallets process in 1–2 minutes, and crypto payments confirm in 5–15 minutes after 1–3 network confirmations.
Limits, timing, and KYC check
Before the first withdrawal, the account goes through KYC verification:
- Passport or ID
- Selfie with the document
- Proof of address no older than 90 days
Files must be JPG or PNG up to 5 MB each, and applications are reviewed within a few hours to one business day. First withdrawals or sums above 10,000 ₴ may trigger additional document checks.

|---|---|---|---|

| Google Pay | 100 ₴ | 300 ₴ | deposit instant |

JohnBit mobile version
The mobile version mirrors the desktop: registration, deposit, betting, slots, live sections, and support chat. The interface is adapted for touch control.
Casino and betting from a smartphone
The slots catalog and sports bet slip open immediately, without falling back to desktop rendering. Push notifications signal odds changes and bet slip status.
Browser, shortcut, and app
Android runs a native APK 2.4.1 (~85 MB) downloadable from the "Mobile apps" section on the site — installation from unknown sources needs to be permitted. iOS runs as a PWA: added to the home screen through Safari, taking ~10 MB of cache. Requirements — Android 6.0+ or iOS 12.0+, screen resolution from 720p.
Account security and responsible gambling at JohnBit
The platform uses SSL encryption for transactions and follows the AML policy under Curaçao eGaming. One user gets one account: duplicates trigger profile blocks and balance freezes.
Password protection and session control
The password uses at least 8 characters, Latin letters with digits. Activation runs through an email link or SMS code, and logins from a new device are confirmed on the linked contact.
Deposit limits and self-restriction
In the "Responsible Gaming" section, the player sets daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Time-out ranges from 24 hours to 6 months, and full self-exclusion runs from 6 months to indefinite. The operator partners with BeGambleAware and GamCare, with links in the site footer.
JohnBit player support
JohnBit support runs 24/7 across 4 channels — live chat, email, Telegram bot, and WhatsApp. The support knowledge base holds 50+ articles and stays open without authorization, covering registration, KYC, limits, and withdrawals. Email fits verification documents better, while live chat handles quick questions.
| Channel | Availability | Response time |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | 24/7 | 1–3 minutes |
| 24/7 | 2–6 hours | |
| Telegram bot @Johnbit_support | 24/7 | a few minutes |
| WhatsApp +357-95-123456 | 24/7 | 5–10 minutes |
FAQ
Is JohnBit legal in Ukraine?
JohnBit does not hold a local PlayCity license — the operator works under offshore Curaçao eGaming permit №8048/JAZ, issued to Infiniza N.V. The state does not guarantee payouts, disputes are handled under Curaçao rules, and the operator is not a tax agent in Ukraine. Players are personally responsible for declaring winnings under current legislation. License validity can be checked in the registry at gaming-curacao.com by the license number.
Can I play casino and bet on sports from one account?
Yes, registration opens a single balance for both casino and the sportsbook. Slots, live tables, prematch bets, live betting, and esports live in one profile — no separate accounts needed. Creating a second profile leads to both being blocked.
What are the terms of the welcome bonus?
The welcome package delivers 500% on deposit plus 500 free spins. Free spins are credited in 50 FS portions daily over 5 days on Book of Dead and Gates of Olympus. Wagering is x40 on the bonus amount and x35 on FS winnings, with a 30-day rollover term.
How fast are payouts processed?
Speed depends on the method and verification status. Cryptocurrencies take 10–60 minutes after confirmation, e-wallets 1–6 hours, cards up to 24 hours. KYC is required before payout, and sums over 10,000 ₴ or first withdrawals may trigger additional document checks. The standard daily withdrawal limit is 50,000 ₴, with VIP reaching 250,000 ₴.
Are Johnbit, JonBit, and John Bit the same platform?
Yes, they are one platform. Search results show variations Johnbit, JonBit, and John Bit — all of them lead to the official domain Johnbit.io from Infiniza N.V.
